Hearty for the soul and Lovely to taste

Thank you thank you! I'm so grateful to the mix of people who have helped me succeed! New yet somehow old friend (in the youngest looking sense of the word) Kristen & Rob Lamb, Kerrie Goodell, Debbie & Tyler Cluff! Old friends like John Jacob and Mark Crockett Brent Sims and Dina Olsen! And my forever friend, my husband Chad Stilson and our kids! This soup is definitely lovely to taste and hearty for the soul. See below!

Almost finished with my "24 Hours to Zero Down Marketing" strategy guide. Imagine I finished the last of it with kids in the house during spring break! I have sent it by a few people and the love it! I really hope it helps small businesses and entrepreneurs quickly put together a viable strategy that allows them the focus on marketing that every business needs. I threw in a little about getting TV and Radio for their website of course from Planetary Streams. KPower Strategies is my company, Planetary Streams is my best "friendeses" company – my best girlfriend and her husband and my best husband own it and well it provides as awesome resource for website communication!-Happy Day for me! Love checking major items off of my "To Do" list. This has been on that list quite a while. People have been asking for it for years. Well here you go . . . look for it to be up on ready on the May 1

Not spring yet soup!

Not only do I work full-time, my family expects me to feed them too. Whenever I make this I get tons of compliments and the teenage boys seem to stop by for a snack. Well, yes I do have a 14 year old daughter, could be that or could be my cooking – they sure eat more that they talk!

Okay, this is the most cost-effective and nutritious way to feed teenage boys! I promise Kim Power Stilson

You need a crockpot . . .

1 can of each . . .

Baked beans

Kidney beans

Garbanzo beans

Black Beans

White beans

Enchilada sauce

Green diced chilies (if you want less spicy skip or do half can)

Cream corn

Green beans

Diced tomatoes

Throw all of the above into Crockpot and then set for low or high depending on how long you will be gone. Serve with sour cream, low fat yogurt, and /or shredded cheese and diced green onion and cilantro. If you have the time try corn bread – watch for that recipe next – mine is easiest and better than Aunt Maries! You can see me do this in a Two Minute Snack TV video on www.planetarystreams.com

No soup today!

Man with all the snow we have we have eaten through our year's supply of soup and fast food has become a thing of the past. I think I will have a sandwich today, or better yet a nice crisp salad. How's that for celebrating spring?

St Paddy’s Potato Soup in two minutes or less

A little more snow means a little more soup. I make this for St. Patrick's Day and add a little green food coloring to make the kid's happy!

2 bags frozen Potato O'Brien hash browns. A can or two of chicken broth depending on the size of your crockpot. One can cream of mushroom soup and one can cream of chicken or celery. Add some onion flakes and salt. Turn your crockpot on low or high depending on how long you will be away and then before you serve add some green food coloring (go for bright emerald) add cream or milk, cheese, chopped onions and serve the yummiest potato soup around to celebrate the wearin o the green. Your tongue will be green too! Like I said all kids will love this. To see my video of how to do this in two minutes or less get Planetary Vision and watch at www.planetarystreams.com. It is in one of the PV Snack TV "How To's"

Soup and Snow that is always white

I know we appreciate the moisture, and are grateful for it once the floods of spring have turned to lush green fields and vibrant wild flowers yet there is a lot of it and it is always white. Sometimes to be sure it is sparkling and dazzling like diamonds and sometimes it captures the grey blue reflection of the winter sky and once in a while it is stained yellow from a passing dog -- still it is white, white, white, white!

Is there a reason that our world must turn white in the winter? Have you seen the shades of green God has given us? (My heart is in Ireland and I can assure you part of the reason is the million shades of green.) Why is white, white? I don't mean off white or cream variances -- I mean white is just that white. But then through the clouds and snow the sun shows itself and hands out a ray of sun, showing us the rainbow of color reflected in the white. Then though the world still looks mostly white I see a bit of why white is white because it is all colors taking the rest of winter offered by the season. Soon the white will melt spreading itself across the cold dark ground soak into roots and produce a rainbow of colors includeing the green of growth. i get it and can't wait . . . til then white white white! to hear more of this mindless prattle visit www.planetarystreams.com to hear our radio show weekdays at 2 pm EST!
