Save garden waste and loose weight

Throw all the veggies left over from your garden or your neighbor's garden into a crockpot with some garlic and onion and bouillon. Set the crockpot on low and 12-14 hours later take out one of those hand blenders and blend the veggies into oblivion. Soup should be green and slightly seedy. Add spike or salt to taste and pour into a cup. Drink that all day. At the end of day take the leftovers from the crockpot (or take crock out of warmer) and put into the fridge. Next morning, put back into crockpot, set on warm, and treat yourself to soup all day. I do this during the week when I work at home. I use all the veggies, I loose weight, eat my fair share of veggies, and feel great! Kim Power Stilson www.powerstrategies.TV
